Very transparent and did not feel any pressure to purchase, despite all my questions. A carfax report and a mechanical inspection was provided and I did not have any problems taking it to my own mechanic to get inspected. Very patient and informative throughout the process. It was my first time buying a car and it was a very enjoyable and stress-free process.

If you need to get a great deal on a previously owned vehicle you need to come down and see these guys. Nabeel is unreal, such great customer service, very informative and none of those little sales pressure tricks that you always see. Once I had the vehicle I wanted he was able to work with my budget and got the deal done, I'm a bit of a picky buyer when it comes to getting a new ride and they went the extra mile to satisfy me by fixing up and resolving any little issues I pointed out. I'm telling you Access Auto ROCKS!! .... Oh yeah and talk about customer service I was in a rental and had to drop it off up in the Northeast on my day of purchase and Nabeel offered to drive up with my new car and pick me up ... AMAZING !!! What a car buying experience ... come see these guys you will not regret it.

So i recently bought a vehicle from Nabeel at access auto. I was back and forth between a few dealerships at the time. I felt like some the other dealerships I was dealing with at the time were not giving me enough information, and it just didnt feel quite right. It was a very quick and fast paced sale due to myself, but Nabeel was happy to help me get it done at my pace. He arranged mechanical work that was needed on the vehicle, ( which I was aware of at time of sale) and also ordered tires and arranged install on my behalf. Service was good. Bought a car off nabeel but only to later find out it was leaking power steering fluid. He said it was mechanically inspected but the leak says otherwise. A bit shady because you find the problem after purchase. would not recommend this dealer if you are looking for a car that is mechanically fit for the road
